Refund policy

We want you to love reCellor. If not, here’s the deal:
• Unopened items: return within 30 days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method (shipping non‑refundable).
• Opened items: for safety reasons, we can’t accept returns unless there is a quality issue.
• Subscriptions: you can cancel or skip anytime before the next charge. Once a shipment is created, it can’t be canceled.

**Damaged/Defective on Arrival**
• Email: brand@recellor.com within 48 hours with your order number and photos/video. We’ll replace or refund and cover reshipment fees.

**How to Return**
• Email: brand@recellor.com to request an RMA with order #, reason, and unopened/unused status. 
• Ship the item back (original packaging) to the provided address. Unless it’s our fault, return shipping is your responsibility. 
• Refunds are processed 5–10 business days after inspection.

**Non‑returnable**
• Free gifts, final‑sale items, or requests made after 30 days.
• Returns due to address errors, refusal, or failure to pick up. Duties/taxes on international orders are non‑refundable.

• Not sure about dosage or timing? Email us first. Many “returns” are just rhythm issues we can fix together.

**First‑order 30‑day satisfaction guarantee (opened items allowed)**
• If your first order isn’t a fit, contact support within 30 days for a refund or exchange (one‑time per customer).
