Shipping policy
• Processing Timing: Orders ship in 1–2 business days (weekends/holidays excluded).
• Estimated Delivery Time: 3–7 business days within the US; delays may occur due to weather / peak seasons.
• Shipping Fees: Calculated at checkout; Free shipping over $99 (if applicable).
• Tracking & Lost Packages: You’ll receive a tracking number automatically. If there’s no movement after 3 business days, contact contact the carrier or our email: brand@recellor.com .
• Lost / Damaged Package: If a carrier marks a package delivered, we’ll help investigate but can’t guarantee refunds; a one‑time reship may be offered at our discretion. For damages, email photos within 7 days.
• Address Changes: Please verify details before checkout. We can’t guarantee address edits once an order is placed. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, reship costs are the customer’s responsibility.
